Aurneon lockup: open ring above the wordmark

Five services, said plainly.

Workflow automation connects the tools you already use and stops for a person where approval is required. A CRM keeps every lead, conversation, and next step in one record — the system you have, or one built around the process. Websites capture inquiries and hand them to that record. Copilots search approved knowledge and draft for review. Data and analytics report what happened, and forecast only when the history can support a comparison.

Connect the work your team already does, and measure it against a baseline. You can start with one service and connect the others later. You keep the accounts, the content, and the documentation. Maintenance is optional. A percentage without a baseline is not something we publish.

Aurneon starts with operators in Morocco and designs the same systems so a team can run them elsewhere. There is no published office address on this site, and no claim of a local ranking.

What we believe

Principles that shape every system

Visionary

We design for the operating model you are growing into, not a demonstration that ends when the workshop does.

Pragmatic

Every practice starts from a workflow, a source, and a baseline an operator can inspect.

Elegant

The interface stays quiet. Light and the ring carry the brand. Paragraphs stay readable.

Futuristic

Systems are built to be operated: logged, limited, and reviewed long after the first release.

How we engage

Discover, scope, build, validate, support

Five steps. The first one writes down how the work performs today. Nothing after that is a promised return.

    01

    Discover

We name the workflow and record how it performs today: response time, manual steps, reporting effort, or forecast error. That record is the starting point.

    02

    Agree scope

We write what will be built, which systems it touches, and what stays out. Scope is agreed before build. It is not expanded by a demo.

    03

    Build and integrate

We implement against the tools you already run, with access limits, logs, and a way to stop. A workflow that cannot be operated is not a build.

    04

    Validate and train

We check the path against the baseline and walk your team through it. A person still approves anything the scope did not hand to the system.

    05

    Support

Documentation stays with you. Maintenance is optional. We review the same measures on a cadence you choose. Nothing here is a delivery guarantee.

You keep what we build

Clear scope, a system your team can operate, and support you can choose. Vendor software is billed by those vendors.

Ownership

You keep the accounts, the content, and the records. We document the workflow so your team can run it.

Documentation

The path, the fields, the permissions, and the measures are written down. A system without that record is not finished.

Maintenance

Ongoing support is optional. It covers the work we built. It is not a guarantee of a business result.

Tell us the workflow you want connected.

An inquiry is enough. We will reply by email and start from the baseline, not from a promised return.
